RR Key Person Expanded Form
The Grants.gov RR Key Person (Expanded) form can transmit the necessary personnel information and attachments required for your application. You should check your program announcement for instructions on how to complete the form and which attachments should be included (and the formatted associated with the attachments). The Key Persons can be added via the Key Personnel tab of the proposal and associated attachments can be added in the Attachments tab. Below outlines how to add the necessary personnel and attachments in Kuali Research to map to the given fields in the form.
Once a Grants.gov opportunity containing the RR Key Person Expanded form is attached and marked as included in your federally-sponsored proposal you can follow the below instructions to populate/map the necessary personnel and attachments.
In the Key Personnel tab of the proposal you can use the 'Add Personnel' button to add all the necessary personnel for the proposal.
You can add a Principal Investigator, Co-Investigator(s), and necessary Key Person(s) from either the Employee (Person table) or Non-Employee (Address Book) lookup. Once added the information will populate from the entered information on either the Person, Person Extended Attributes, or Address Book table entries but can then be modified as needed. This information is what populates the RR Key Person Expanded form fields - below outlines the form fields and where they are pulled from the Kuali Research proposal. Be aware that some fields in the Key Personnel panels of the proposal may not be editable but can be configured to allow edits via the Person Table Editable Columns table.
If more than 100 senior/key person profiles are proposed, the system will generate a Profile narrative to the proposal narratives when the maximum number of persons are exceeded.

If Non-employee, it will map the Organization listed in the Address Book entry. If blank it will map the applicant organization.

- Navigate to the Kuali Research Attachments tab -> Personnel panel
- Select the +Add button to create a new attachment
- Select the desired Attachment Type associated with this form
- For example, choose 'Biosketch'
- Select Status of 'Complete'
- Enter a Description (optional if attachment type doesn't allow multiple)
- Upload the desired Attachment
- Click 'Save'
Repeat the above steps for the additional attachments you need to add to this form and please refer to your program announcement for instructions on the files required for the application.

- After successfully added the desired personnel and uploaded the attachment(s) go to the S2S Opportunity Search tab -> Forms panel
- Check the RR Key Person Expanded form in the select column and click the 'Create PDF' button
- Also, if this form needs to be included in the submission remember to check the 'Include' checkbox prior to final submission to Grants.gov.
- Upon Print and/or Submission the form will populate like described above with the referenced attachments appended behind the form.
