ED GEPA 427 Form
The Grants.gov ED GEPA427 form (aka Dept. of Education General Education Provisions Act Notice) gives you additional sponsor questions to complete. In Kuali Research the 'ED General Education Provisions Act (GEPA) 427' Questionnaire is used to populate this form.
Instructions
Once an opportunity contains the ED GEPA427 and it's marked for inclusion in the submission the questionnaire will be available to the user in the Questionnaire tab of the proposal.

Print/Submit
- After successfully completing the Questionnaire go to the S2S Opportunity Search tab -> Forms panel
- Check the ED_GEPA427 form in the select column and click the 'Create PDF' button
- Also, if this form needs to be included in the submission remember to check the 'Include' checkbox prior to final submission to Grants.gov.
- Upon Print and/or Submission the form will populate the questions with the responses entered in the Questionnaire.
