Subaward - Comments, Notes & Attachments

Overview

Similar to the Awards module the Comments, Notes & Attachments tab in the Subaward module is a place where you can add additional information related to the Subaward record.  This new tab will be available starting 1/31/2020.

Comments, Notes & Attachments

These three panels will allow you to add specific Subaward Comments, general Notes, or general Attachments to the Subaward.  The panels available in Comments is configured within the Comment Type maintenance table and whether the 'SubAward Comments Screen Flag' is set to Y.

Also, be aware that these attachments will not map to the FDP form printouts; any attachments associated with the FDP forms should be added in the Attachments panel of the Template Information tab.
