Cross Module - Personal User Maintenance

Overview

During implementation, and for institutions who are leveraging Kuali Identity Management for access to the Kuali applications users may need to manage their passwords or other personal details stored in the system. Once a user has logged into the Kuali system with SSO this method of setting a password will not provide access to the system.

Accessing Your Person Account

While logged into the Kuali Research Dashboard click on your user icon in the bottom portion of the left sidebar navigation.

 

This will bring you to the Kuali Identity profile for the user you are currently logged in as.

Press the edit button to make changes to your user profile, including your password.

Once you've made the appropriate changes to your user profile press the Save button. If you've changed your password then it will take effect immediately.

If you changed any other personal information such as your name or email and are using the Kuali Sponsored Programs monolith you will need to contact your system administrator to request these changes be applied to your Sponsored Programs person profile.
