Parameters - KEY_PERSON_CERTIFICATION_SELF_CERTIFY_ONLY

Please NOTE - In regards to the self certify configuration with KEY_PERSON_CERTIFICATION_SELF_CERTIFY_ONLY - you manually have to remove out the 'Certify' permission from proposal aggregator roles if you decide to do self certify.

Summary

The KEY_PERSON_CERTIFICATION_SELF_CERTIFY_ONLY parameter allows an organization to force that the Proposal Person Certification be completed only by the specified user and not by proxy for someone else.  If set to Y the Proposal Person Certification must match the user login name to complete questionnaire.  If N it will allow anyone with the 'Certify' permission and access to the proposal to complete the Person Certification on behalf of other individuals in the Key Personnel tab of the Proposal.  Please note, you will need to manually remove out the 'Certify' permission from proposal aggregator roles if you decide to do self certify.

The KEY_PERSON_CERTIFICATION_SELF_CERTIFY_ONLY Parameter Value accepts a single value:

Parameter Value	Description
Y	A 'Y' selection will require the user login to match the Proposal Person Certification to require it be completed only by that user.
N	A 'N' selection will allow anyone with the 'Certify' permission and access to the proposal to complete the Person Certification on behalf of other individuals in the Key Personnel tab of the Proposal.
