Summary
The keyPersonProjectRole parameter allows control whether proposal person certification is required for Key Persons if a certain role is manually entered - even if the Key Person Role is not required for certifications in the Proposal Award Person Role table. This would also require certification for non-employees even if ENABLE_ADDRESSBOOK_CERTIFICATION is set to N if the specified role is entered that matches one in the parameter.
