Summary
The ENABLE_ADDRESSBOOK_CERTIFICATION parameter allows control whether proposal person certification is required for Non-employees (Address Book entries); when set to Y it will require Non-employees to do proposal certification if configured for the specific role in the Proposal Award Person Role table. If set to N they will not require proposal certification for Non-employees even if the role is required in the Proposal Award Person Role table; N is default value.
