Summary
The ALLOW_PROPOSAL_PERSON_TO_OVERRIDE_KC_PERSON_EXTENDED_ATTRIBUTES Parameter allows institutions to define whether users should have the ability to override Citizenship Type for Key Personnel added to Proposal Development Documents, or if the Citizenship Type used should be pulled from the Person's Extended Attributes (regardless of what is entered in the Proposal Personnel Extended Details section).
