New Disclosure Archiving Functionality in COI

There may be times when a user leaves an institution (becomes inactive) or an active user no longer requires a disclosure because their participation in research has completed.  Within Kuali Research COI you now have the mechanism of filtering out inactive users via the User Active filter/column and also COI Administrators have the ability to manually deactivate a disclosure via the Disclosure Active filter/column.  Within the Filters option you can select these options in the 'Chose Columns':

Which will then display as columns next to the Reporter's name:

This allows institutions to create saved views to filter out users that are no longer active (or no longer require a disclosure) so they can better manage and follow up on outstanding disclosures.  More information on how to utilize these new filters/columns can be found in the COI - Disclosure Archiving article.
