Updated S2S Forms to Reflect New UEI Fields

On April 4, 2022, the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) Number will be replaced by a “new, non-proprietary identifier” requested in, and assigned by, the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). This new identifier is being called the Unique Entity Identifier (UEI).   In anticipation of this change, Grants.gov has planned UEI updates in Grant Application Forms. We have recently completed the updates to our system-to-system forms to reflect the new UEI fields that may become available in application packages on May 17, 2021.  If a grantor agency chooses to include new UEI form versions in their new application packages after that date, these forms will be available for use.  It is important to note that agencies are not required to use these new forms.  Please also make sure you update the UEI field in the Organization record for your institution so it maps accordingly to the new forms.

These form updates have already been applied to our hosted customer instances but if you have an on premise implementation below is the list of the newly updated forms and the associated JIRA where you can pull the necessary code from the release notes:
