COI - View Disclosures

Overview

The View Disclosures section in the menu will allow those users with the appropriate view rights in the COI system the right to view records; but cannot take any edit or admin functions.  The 'COI Viewer' role in Kuali Groups is required to have access to this tab; more information on configuring these can be found in the Compliance - User/Group Management article.  

Within the View Disclosures panel a list of disclosures you have permission to view will display and you can open for additional detail.  You also have the option to filter results or export the entire list via the Download CSV option.

NOTE: View Disclosures will not show 'In Progress' disclosures in the lookup like they do in Review Protocols.
