Full Protocol Editing now being enabled in PRD on 11/13/20

The new full protocol editing (announced here) is now going to be enabled in PRD on 11/13/20 (end of day Friday) so we can finalize some UI issues discovered in final testing.  This functionality is already enabled in all STG and SBX environments so you can see how the new functionality works if desired.  If there are any questions you can submit a support ticket.
