Attachment Watermark Functionality Now Available

PDF Watermark Functionality

The new watermark configuration options in the IRB Configuration, IACUC Configuration, and IBC Configuration tabs in Protocols are now available!  Within the PDF Watermarking panel you can enable automatic watermark functionality on protocol attachments so that every PDF attachment in either an Approved or Unapproved protocol will have a watermark added; disabled by default. If enabled, this will display text across the PDFs in a protocol when viewing the file and include the desired data configured to include in the watermark text.

The watermark text will display the configured text across uploaded PDF attachments in either Approved and/or Unapproved Protocols.  This text will appear in the attachment preview window and when you download the attachment.  Please note, watermarks will only appear in PDF file types for attachments in the protocol (not admin attachments) and it will only be applied to files in any Attachments gadget.
