Summary
The feedback.link.url Parameter allows institutions to define the link used for the Get Help button in the top righthand corner of the application or the Help icon in the new dashboard. By default the parameter value is null but the Help link will take users to the general Kuali Research support portal. If a new link is entered into this parameter it will take users to that url (i.e. an Institutional training site, etc.).

Institutions can enter the desired url of a help site they want users to be directed to when clicking on the Help button. This will open a new browser window/tab with the entered parameter url. By default this parameter is null and the get help will direct users to our Kuali Research Support site. NOTE: if you would like to link to an email address you'll need to add mailto: before the email address. For example, mailto:support@gmail.com |
