Summary
The AUTOSYNC_AWARD_CENTRAL_ADMIN_CONTACTS_BY_DEFAULT parameter allows you to determine the default autosync behavior for award central admin contacts. If set to Y (default value) the Central Unit Admin Contacts will sync from the Unit Administrator table by the lead unit of the award automatically. There will also be an option to 'disable auto-sync' per award in the Central Admin Contacts panel so you can add manual entries if desired for that award and it will no longer sync from the Unit Administrator table for that specific award. If parameter is set to N the auto-sync functionality will disabled entirely so no award will automatically have their Central Admin Contacts sync from the Unit Administrator table unless the click the 'enable auto-sync' button is clicked per award.
The option to delete Central Admin Contacts when the autosync is disabled can also be configured via the ALLOW_DELETE_DEFAULT_CENTRAL_ADMIN_CONTACTS parameter.
