Parameters - GENERATE_IP_BASED_ON_FY

Summary

The GENERATE_IP_BASED_ON_FY parameter allows you to sequence the Institutional Proposal numbers based on FY and month.  When enabled, the IP Number will be generated based on the fiscal year/month and the sequence number will be (YYMMXXXX). The schedule of when this sequence gets reset is controlled by the cron expression in the IP_SEQUENCE_RESETTER_BATCH_JOB_CRON_EXPRESSION parameter. Also, be aware that that the start of your fiscal year is controlled by the KC_FISCAL_START_MONTH parameter.

The GENERATE_IP_BASED_ON_FY Parameter Value accepts a single value:

Parameter Value	Description
Y	A 'Y' selection will enable the IP sequencing if the cron expression in IP_SEQUENCE_RESETTER_BATCH_JOB_CRON_EXPRESSION is also set.
N	A 'N' selection will not enable the IP sequencing if the cron expression; default value.
