Parameters - Show_Full_Name_In_Pessimistic_Lock

Summary

The Show_Full_Name_In_Pessimistic_Lock parameter allows you to display the full name of the user in the Pessimistic lock message for other modules besides Proposal Development. By default the Proposal Development module will always display the full name of the user in the pessimistic lock message but now you can apply this same logic to all other modules. When enabled (set to true) it will display the full name in the Pessimistic Lock message on all modules.  If disabled (set to false; default value) it will only display the username in the Pessimistic Lock message on all modules except Proposal Development.  More information on document locking functionality can be found in the Pessimistic Locking article.

Valid Parameter Value(s)

The Show_Full_Name_In_Pessimistic_Lock Parameter Value accepts a single value:

Parameter Value	Description
true	A 'true' selection will display the full name in the Pessimistic Lock message on all modules.
false	A 'false' selection (default) will only display the username in the Pessimistic Lock message on all modules except Proposal Development.
