Parameters - HIDE_AND_DEFAULT_PROP_DEV_DOC_DESC

Summary

The HIDE_AND_DEFAULT_PROP_DEV_DOC_DESC parameter is only relevant to pre-KRAD Proposal Development (prior to 6.0 version).  It allowed you to hide the document header panel in Proposal Development and pre-populate values for the Document Description based on proposal elements.  When set to Y it would pre-populate the document Description to 'Proposal Title, Proposal Number, PI Name, Sponsor Name, Due Date' and the Document Description panel is no longer visible to the user and doesn't have to be completed by the user.

In the current KRAD user interface Document Header and Document Description fields are no longer present in the interface and will pre-populate the information for Document Description in the same logic ('Proposal Title, Proposal Number, PI Name, Sponsor Name, Due Date').  Note:  the Proposal Title will display up to 20 characters and then truncate when displayed in the Document lookup and Action List.

The HIDE_AND_DEFAULT_PROP_DEV_DOC_DESC Parameter Value accepts a single value:

Parameter Value	Description
Y	A 'Y' selection will hide the proposal development document header panel and default the document description to 'Proposal Title, Proposal Number, PI Name, Sponsor Name, Due Date'.  Default parameter value. NOTE:  only relevant to pre-KRAD (version 6.0) Proposal Development.
N	A 'N' selection will leave the Document Header panel visible and require users to complete at least the Document Description for initial save. NOTE:  only relevant to pre-KRAD (version 6.0) Proposal Development.
