Summary
The SUBCONTRACT_COST_ELEMENTS Parameter controls which Object Codes that are maintained in the Object Code maintenance table are designated as Subcontract Cost Elements/Object Codes that should map to the PHS 398 Training Budget Form (Other Direct Costs section → Consortium Training Costs (if applicable) field).
