Summary
The consortiumFnaCostElements Parameter defines which Object Codes maintained in the Object Code maintenance table correspond to the Subcontract Facilities & Administrative (F&A) Costs. This parameter must be maintained with the appropriate Object Codes in order for the Modular Budget feature to be able to extract the Subcontract F&A costs from the Detailed Budget, and populate them correctly in the Modular Budget when the user syncs the Modular Budget.
Valid Parameter Value(s)
The consortiumFnaCostElements Parameter Value accepts multiple values separate by semicolon(s):

| <Enter the Object Code Name(s) for Subcontract F&A costs (separated by semicolon) that are maintained in the Object Code maintenance table> |

Example
Users have the ability to create a Modular Budget in Kuali Research by first creating a Detailed Budget and then syncing the Modular Budget. The system then rounds up the Direct Cost from the Detailed Budget to the nearest $25,000 module and populates that number in the Direct Cost Less Consortium F&A field.
When the detailed budget also includes Subcontract F&A Costs (aka Consortium F&A Costs), the system will check the Detailed Budget for the Object Codes maintained in the consortiumFnaCostElements Parameter.
If the Detailed Budget includes costs in any of the Object Codes maintained in that parameter, then those costs will be populated in the Consortium F&A field in the Modular Budget.
